If you sign in with a Google account, piskelapp.com collects your current Google profile name and avatar URL. We are not collecting any other information (in particular, we are not collecting your email address).
If you are signed in and save a sprite to your gallery, we collect the sprite data necessary to allow you to access it later on.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide piskelapp.com with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Sign in with a Google account for the first time.
- Update your username or avatar in your user settings
- Create, update or delete a sprite in your gallery
How will we use your data?
piskelapp.com collects your data so that we can display your username and avatar on your gallery, and save your sprites in your gallery.
piskelapp.com is not sharing your data with any third party.
How do we store your data?
piskelapp.com securely stores your data in Google Cloud datastore where all content is automatically encrypted.
piskelapp.com keeps your sprite data until you delete a specific sprite or until you delete your account.
piskelapp.com keeps your username and avatar url until you delete your account.
Limited request data and logs are stored for 30 days on Google Cloud.
Marketing
piskelapp.com will not contact you for marketing purpose.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You can update all your user information in your profile settings.
The right to erasure – You can delete your profile at any time, from your account settings. You can delete your sprites from your gallery.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that piskelapp.com restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to piskelapp.com's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that piskelapp.com transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
